Do I need a driving licence?
Italia MK is indeed legal in the US as they are classified as an e-bike. Their max speed is 20MPH and they have pedals which work. Therefore, no licence, gas or registration is required. Always check locally for any specific regulations that may prevent the use of an e-bike.
What’s the maximum range of GIO Italia?
A single charge of our electric bike scooter will produce a range of about 30 miles (50km). The Italia MK features a portable charger that is small enough to fit into the storage compartment and plugs into a standard outlet so it can also be charged on the go.
Where are you located?
Our central warehouse is located just outside of Vancouver, BC, Canada and we ship free to the lower 48 states.
What assembly is required when the GIO Italia Electric Scooter Bike is delivered?
The Italia MK ships roughly 90% assembled. There are a few things to finish upon arrival. (storage container, mirrors, front wheel and battery)
Where can you drive the bike?
The Italia MK is classified similar to a bicycle. So anywhere a bike is allowed to go so should the scooter. Always check local regulations before riding though.
